Ready to get Started?
Visit the LSFVCB office or use the online “Apply Now” portal on the board’s website to obtain the classification application form.
You must submit an application form along with evidence of business registration (CAC documents), a description and address of the venue, seating capacity, and safety compliance certificates (fire‑safety, building approval, etc.).
The classification timeline depends on how quickly applicants submit complete documentation and payment.
Under normal circumstances, the board reviews and classifies content within 10–14 working days; more complex works or peak periods may extend processing to about three weeks.
